GL14 Die cuts and or Punches

First day of spring  YEAH  Welcome back to the Gingerloft challenge.  WOW so many entries.  AMAZING work to everyone that entered.  This challenge we want to see you use those die cuts and or punches.  What did we ever do without those die cut machines.  The world of stamping has changed so much over the 12 years that I have been a stamping girl.  This week's prize is a bit different.  Up for grabs for our random winner is a grab bag of 5 unmounted rubber stamps from Gingerloft.  YES real RUBBER!!!  These are very limited stock and you can pick up a bag at our Gingerloft store with FREE SHIP if you live in the US.  Our top 3 will be the next challenge GDT.

A little about me:

I'm a 35 years old girl, living in a small place called Osen i Norway, together with my fiance, 2 children and a cat.

I work part time as an enrolled nurse, and by not working full time, means more time for my family - and my hobbies!

I've been doing all sorts of crafting almost ever since I was born, but landed in the paperworld in 2006.

I love papercrafting!!! Making cards and boxes and other things, with beautiful papers, colours, images and embellishments, always makes me happy!

Hi, I'm Maria I have been stamping/cardmaking for 2 years now and consider it a ministry of Joy!  I live a very peaceful and contented life in our small country town in Pennsylvania running our family business with my DH of 23 years and our four children which we have homeschooled from the start.  My goal for 2011 is to actually work up the nerve to send in some of my creations for publication in any of the magazines I constantly page through for inspiration!

Wow I can’t believe it, I have only been bloging since January and I have been asked to be a guest designer for The Ginger Loft.

This is so great and a little bit scary as I have not done this before.

I have been crafting for a few years, but only started stamping about 6 months ago. I have followed a lot of ‘how to colour videos’ and this has helped me to understand what I am doing. As with most people to fund my hobby I work ( this is my real passion ) with speech and language impaired children, but only part time now because of my health. We do a lot of crafting in school and the children really enjoy it.

Once a month I attend a local craft group with my daughter and mum, where we get to enjoy the company and inspiration of our friends.  So not only has craft given me a sense of purpose but it has enabled me to make some great friends along the way.

GL13 Use those Flowers

Welcome back to another Gingerloft challenge.  I hope you got to peek at all of the furry friends that the artist created for our last challenge.  GREAT WORK.  This week we want you to USE THOSE FLOWERS.  It can be on the stamped image or as an embellishment it doesn't matter.  You have until March 19 at midnight to play. The random winner will win 3 digis from our Gingerloft store and our top 3 will win a spot on our GDT for our next challenge.  Speaking of our store I have extended our quarterly any 5 digis for $5 sale through today to give all of you who are not a follower of the store a chance to pick up some digis.  The sale also includes our digi sets!!!  OK So now some exciting news.  We have a new DT member named E.T.  We are thrilled to have her with us!!  Go visit her and leave some love!!  OK lets see what the GDT came up with first with the flower challenge.

I am so excited to have been chosen as a GDT for Gingerloft. I am a recently retired elementary teacher and have always enjoyed crafting. I find this a way of releasing my creative energy! I have had a blog for a year and have enjoyed meeting so many new friends. I have also learned so much from other paper crafters. Along with paper crafting, I enjoy knitting, crocheting, sewing, and reading. I love how paper crafting has morphed and that I can use my other crafting skills in designing cards. Even though I have been making cards for about 4-5 years, I really got into it 2 years ago when I was laid off from my job  in January of 2009.  I have learned so much in the process.  I recently found another job in December of last year.  Even though I don't have as much time as I used to for making cards, I use every spare moment to create.  Recently I got some Copic markers and I take them to work and color my images during my lunch hour.  I hope to take some classes in the fall.

GL12 Our Furry Friends

Hello blog stampers and crafters!!  Welcome to the Gingerloft challenge.  I am glad that you are here.  We have some real eye candy this challenge using our Gingerloft digis.  The GDT and DT have just outdone themselves this challenge.  We want to see Furry Friends this challenge.  I am such an animal lover and that is probobly why I draw alot of animals.  So lets get those animal digis and stamps out and see what you can do.  Look around the Gingerloft store and we have many freebie animals there too.  You have until March 5 at midnight to play.  Our top 3 become our next GDT and the winner will receive our new Bentley Bear spring time digi set.

Hi I am E.T from Karachi, Pakistan. I have been making cards since forever, blogging about them since 2008. I was SO bad at first, I had nothing to work with. We have no inks, stamps or papers here. I managed to work around all this. I make my own sentiments, design my own paper. I recently got addicted to Color Q inks and let me tell you this, I CANT work around NOT having those in my stash! It was fun to colour this particular image because I used my dried up washable markers. For details you can visit my blog.

Hi! My name's Claire but I'm also known as Happy Days.

I've been crafting in one form or another for as long as I can remember, but historically was a textiles girl. I started playing with paper about a year ago and am now completely hooked. My biggest craft passions are my Distress Inks and Promarkers. I love working with both fantasy and nature images, but am always happy to work with whatever is on offer! I design regularly for two companies and also do some paid freelance work for a few others.

I'm thrilled to be GD for Gingerloft this time and absolutely loved working with the image from the store. I hope my card inspires you to come and join the challenge

I'm Katrina, I'm 24 I have two adorable daughters and a wonderful Husband.  I was so surprised when my card came in as 'top three' at Gingerloft challenge #10. I have been crafting for 4 years and I have always felt I have an artistic side but it never had a chance to let it shine until I made my eldest daughters birth announcements back in 2007, and it has spiralled from there, Christening Invitations, Thank You's, Wedding invitations and now general cards! my original crafting box is now demoted to 'scraps'!  I mainly make cards but have tried scrap-booking, mini books and 3D Paper Models.  I love Stamping, Digi Stamps, Making Paper Flowers and my Pro-Markers, and i'm always open to learning techniques!  I love to spend a night in with my mum and craft while my Husband and Dad go to the pub!

GL11 The Color Red

Oh welcome to our Gingerloft challenge:) I have been stuck at home 5 days due to our big snowstorm. We got 15 inches tues then 4 yesterday and more expected tonight. I am ready for spring. Thanks to everyone that joined us for our last challenge. I loved looking at the entries. Our DT and GDT have done a wonderful job for you this week.  The digi set Vintage Valentines is our weekly special.  Many of our DT decided to use images from that set  We want to see the color red.
